1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- the business goal, question or other information you submit; and
- our correspondence with you.
Our hosting and security providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, and the date and time of each request.
3. How and why we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement;
- prepare requested information, proposals or next steps;
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
- prevent spam, abuse and other misuse; and
- meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the circumstances, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, or because processing is required by law.
5. Who receives information
Access is limited to Zenify personnel who need the information for the purposes above. We also use service providers to operate the website:
- Vercel for website hosting, delivery and security;
- Resend for delivery of contact-form emails.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell your personal information.
6. International processing
Some providers may process information outside Moldova or the country where you live. Where required, we rely on the contractual, statutory or other safeguards made available by those providers for international transfers.
7. How long we keep information
We normally keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction. We may retain information for longer when it is needed for a contract, a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical logs are kept according to our providers' retention periods and only for as long as reasonably necessary.
8. Cookies and third-party content
Zenify does not currently use advertising, analytics or non-essential first-party cookies. The office map preview is stored and served from Zenify's own website, so viewing the footer does not contact OpenStreetMap. If you follow the map attribution or select View larger map, your browser will navigate to OpenStreetMap, which may receive technical request information under its own privacy policy.

9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide access to your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, provide a portable copy, or stop processing it in certain circumstances. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not use information submitted through this website for automated decisions or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
